My name is Amy Sellers and I’m a nurse in a Cath Lab (I just recently made the switch from a cardiovascular ICU) in the valley of Phoenix, Arizona.
In the four years I spent in the CVICU, I transitioned from being an overly eager new-grad to obtaining my CCRN, CSC, & CMC certifications, team leading as a relief charge nurse, and precepting fellow new-grads coming into our unit. I am extremely passionate about nursing, cardiac care, and my hospital. Although, there are some (okay…many) topics that make me step back and think…. this nurse blog is a combination of all of my nursing-related thoughts.
